We're going to ride to the Regency Suspension Bridge in San Saba. If you watch Texas Hill Country Reporter on Sundays, this is the bridge he drives across.

Anyone should be able to handle this ride technically, but it is a long distance ride and will be quite tiring by days end. We will be mostly highway as it is 2 1/2 hours. If we take back roads it will be a VERY long day.

This is going to be an adventure! I've not been able to do a pre-ride, but it's mostly highway roads, and nothing too off the beaten path so there should be no problems. SHOULD BE I said!

Remember to pack a snack or two, and some water. Don't forget the sunscreen and your rain gear just in case!

Kickstands up at 9A at the Exxon at Hwy 46 and 281 N.

We will be going Hwy 281 approximately 45 - 50 miles to Hwy 71 for another 35 or so miles into Llano. Then taking Hwy 16 for another 45 - 50 miles to the Regency Suspension Bridge. Something like that any way. :O)
