Motion for the approval of last months meeting minutes. Motion approved Treasurers Report:Collect member dues:  $20 Paid by present members.
Spare change collection current balance $13.04
General Business Fund: Current balance $530.99

Old Business:Feb. Chili Sale at Hills & Dales:  Didn’t plan…  no time J
J’s Benefit booked at Bubba’s Big Deck – May 19, 2012 - Please start collecting for raffle or silent auction. Amanda showed pillows she is creating. She has collected Harley T-shirts that will be made into a quilt by one of our sisters in Nebraska.Table further discussion to March meeting

Titty Twister: Vote by email:  All in agreement to host Titty Twister with the Shade Tree. Kimmy will hire band. Chrome Divas responsible for planning ride and any fundraising activities.Possible date set for October.  Further discussion will be tabled until after JJ’s benefit unless otherwise necessary

Leakey Trip: Table to follow up at March meeting.

Iron Butt Ride: Table further discussion until after JJ’s benefit 

Tracy:  Follow up on awareness program for State Parks. Tracy will work with TPWD to come up with fliers &/or brochures to be displayed at the groups functions encouraging people to visit Texas State Parks. 

 S. Texas Motorcycle Show:

Show Dates and Times:  3/16Friday 3P – 8P

Amanda showed brochures, banners, cards, flyers, etc that will be on display.  Everyone asked to participate when they can on show dates.
Raffle items to raise funds for the chapter:  Hill Country Resort Weekend Stay, Joe Rocket Jacket, Huffy Socket Set.  Raffle Tickets to be sold for $5.00 each
Motion was made to provide Amanda with $150 to cover the cost of promotion and decoration for the Motorcycle Show.  i.e. Purchase of Raffle Tickets, brochure holders, decorations for booth, etc.  Motion approved.

New Business

Road Captain and Safety Officer Sandi P. made a motion to remover herself from her current position with CDCT as she was concerned she could not fulfill the requirements.  Motion was denied by the attending RC’s.  Sandi will continue in her current position  Safety Officer Lesson:  A discussion was held by the Safety Officer about the need to be aware of your position and the angle you’re your ride when stopping at an angle or on uneven or unlevel road. 

Upcoming Rides:After Meeting Rides are now "Unplanned Open Rides” Two Rides A Month – One Saturday and One Sunday
