Motion for the approval of last months meeting minutes:  Approved as written

 

Treasurers Report:

·      Spare change collection current balance $ 18.04

·      General Business Fund: Current balance $ 355.93

·      Fundraising Account: $0.00

 

Current raffle ticket sales to date:  $220.00

 

Old Business:

 

·      T-shirts collected have been sent to sister Diva in Nebraska to be made into a quilt by and for JJ’s benefit.

·      S. TX Motorcycle Show – big disappointment.  Don’t plan on doing it again.

·      April Meet N Greet is an open house to promote the chapter.  Not expecting many, if any, given the poor crowd at motorcycle show, but please make every effort to be there.

 

New Business:

 

Leakey –Basic Menu ideas discusses

Will have Mary from River Bluff Cabins do the shopping.  T and Angie making spaghetti sauce for Friday dinner.

Kickstands up Friday, April 13 at 1:00 p.m. SHARP from the HEB in Bulverde.

 

JJ’s benefit – hot dog/chili sale on river in back, with raffle and silent auction tables set up in front.

 

Floor open to members – Teresa has ride idea(s) and was asked to get with DJ.

 

April Ride Schedule: 

·      Leakey – April 13, Friday – LEAVING at 1:00P SHARP from the HEB on Hwy 46 in Bulverde

·      April 28, Saturday – Lead by DJ – TBA and posted on the calendar on national website shortly.
